Refund policy

How to ask
Write to hello@lacimatools.com from the email you used at checkout, within 14 days of the purchase, and tell us which plug-in. You don't need to tell us why.
Purchases on lacimatools.com are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for these orders. You can also ask Paddle directly, from the link in your receipt email. Either way the refund goes back to the payment method you used, in full, taxes included; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
Bought through another store (itch.io, or the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace)? That store's own refund flow works, and this promise applies on top of it, not instead.
What happens to the key
When the refund goes through, the license key is revoked: the plug-in stops working on every computer it was activated on, the next time it checks in with our license server.
The Tools for Photoshop bundle is refunded as a whole, and both of its keys are revoked.
Once per customer, per product
The 14-day, no-questions promise applies once per customer for each plug-in. If you buy the same plug-in again after a refund, write to us before buying: we will sort it out with you.
Your rights
This policy adds to the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country; it does not replace them. See also the Terms of Service.
Free tools
SpriteSheet and PixelDrop are free, so there is nothing to refund.

Come chiederlo
Scrivi a hello@lacimatools.com dall'indirizzo usato per l'acquisto, entro 14 giorni, e dicci quale plug-in. Non serve spiegare il perché.
Gli acquisti su lacimatools.com sono gestiti dal nostro rivenditore, Paddle.com, che per questi ordini è il venditore effettivo (merchant of record). Puoi chiedere il rimborso anche direttamente a Paddle, dal link nella mail di ricevuta. In entrambi i casi il rimborso torna sul metodo di pagamento usato, per intero e tasse comprese; i tempi di accredito dipendono dalla tua banca.
Hai comprato su un altro negozio (itch.io o Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace)? Vale anche la procedura di rimborso di quel negozio, e questa promessa si aggiunge, non la sostituisce.
Che cosa succede alla chiave
A rimborso avvenuto la chiave di licenza viene revocata: il plug-in smette di funzionare su tutti i computer in cui era attivo, al successivo controllo con il nostro server delle licenze.
Il pacchetto Photoshop si rimborsa per intero, e vengono revocate entrambe le chiavi.
Una volta per cliente e per prodotto
La promessa dei 14 giorni senza domande vale una volta per cliente per ciascun plug-in. Se vuoi ricomprare lo stesso plug-in dopo un rimborso, scrivici prima dell'acquisto e troviamo una soluzione insieme.
I tuoi diritti
Questa politica si aggiunge ai diritti che hai come consumatore secondo la legge del tuo paese; non li sostituisce. Vedi anche i Termini di servizio (in inglese).
